A friend of Gerard’s tells Highlight Hollywood. “This is a total fabrication, a flat out lie by a reality wannabe star, to drag Gerard’s good name into her game plan to garner fame, but he’s furious about it, as are his handlers, his family and those of us who know him personally.” Fans of Butler are outraged that a person of low moral fiber like Brandi Glanville would be put in the same sentence with Butler, who is working very hard to find projects that puts him in a different light with the industry, and he’s diligently looking for more dramatic roles, and the idea of hooking up with Glanville is appalling to not just Gerard’s fans, but to him as well. The friend adds, “She just may find herself in a legal battle for defamation if she’s not careful. Then again, she’d just use that for publicity as well.”
